Logo & Board Width

Hey guys,

First of all thank you for making Pun BB, it's a great BBS and I love it so far.

How can I replace the area that by default says: "
PunBB.org Forums

Unfortunately no one can be told what PunBB is - you have to see it for yourself."

1. With a table that has two cells (one with the logo to the left (an image), and one with a Google Adsense banner to the right - that's what I plan on using it for).

2. Where can I edit the forum width?
