Topic: Cyrillic problem

After the latest forum upgrade, four cyrillic characters (those in bold) are not recognized.

You can check it here.

The current character set is: latin1

Tried to change 'ALTER DATABASE my_db_name CHARACTER SET cp1251' it didn't work.
Tried to change 'ALTER DATABASE my_db_name CHARACTER SET utf8' it didn't work either.

Any suggestions?

If it's any help, the charcter set used here is latin1_swedish_ci (which is the default, I believe).
