Topic: Google lists profiles

I've just noticed that a search on Google (and possibly other search engines) for a particular Company lists the forum profile page of a user associated with that Company. As this is a link I would not wish to be displayed I would be grateful if anyone could tell me how to avoid this (and other users' profiles) being included in searches.

Create a robots.txt file and add the following:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /profile.php

Upload to your sites root folder. Change the path to /forum/profile.php etc if need be.

I have done some tracking of people online.  If I can get a common screen name they use, I can usually come up with:

Address
Phone Number
City, State
Real Name
Hobbies, and interests.
