Topic: no "Post New Topic"

hello

i just installed and configured punBB and everything looks and works fine, except one tiny thing..

when i switch to my newly created categories/forums there simply IS NO "post new topic" link anywhere although i am correctly logged in.

why is that?

forget it, just solved the problem
