Topic: Switch to iso-8859-1?

Hi, I'm trying to switch from the standard in punBB to iso-8859-1, 'cause the swedish language package I downloaded has some unrecognized characters.

The question is simply: How do I do this?

MySQL is already in iso-8859-1 btw.

I don't get it. The standard charset in PunBB IS iso-8859-1.

If your language has some difficulties with iso-8859-1, try a man charset ( tongue ). Aka, utf-8. PunBB doesn't natively support it, but it work with it without too much trouble (at least with MySQL).
