phpBB -> punBB migration

After my phpBB (2.0.18) forum got hacked for the third time I decided to change to punBB.

After installing the forum, the private message mod, I intended to run the PunBB Migration Tool 1.4.0...
I uploaded the files into www.page.se/forum/converter/ and then went to the converter place which was all blank...

Why is this?

Any help to make this migration work would be great.
