You might need to use a full path: /home/ju37853/forum/extern.php
I tried with that and it always gives the same error message.
I really don't understand what is happening because this worked good with my foreign hoster.

Hi,
I've just changed my hoster. I have transferred all my DB.
The forum works good but I have an only problem on my index page of my site concerning extern.php
In my index I have this:

How can you not know your own timezone?
It's like that. For me in France, I don't know what I must put.
Regarding profile of my users, I'm not the only one because everybody have left the defaut timezone...

Hi,
I noticed that users had problem to choose their time zone.
In my opinion, it would be good to have this "UTC+1 central europe paris madrid Bruxeles " instead of just this" 00GMT" in 1.2
I don't think it's a big problem to include this but it would be appreciable.
If I sumed up, I would tell "adding principal towns regarding the timezone in order to help the user to choose".

Second request: it would be good by default to have scrollbar color in the css in order it to be simply modifiable in 1.2 I think it's not a big problem to do that.

It has no effect at all.
So I decided to replace files contained in include/ in order to be sure there was no corruption.
I was right to do that. I don't know why, but all works perfect now.

When a mail is sent, the user receive it but at the begining there is this:

I was wanting to make some sort of International Discussion thing for my visitors, much like for the PunBB's own.
Basically I'm looking for translations of:
"[Language] Discussion"
"Please speak only in [Language]"
"Test"
"These forums are now in your language too!"
Be careful, Robure has made mistakes. This is the good translation for french. I'm french so I know!
in french it gives:
"Discussion en français"
"merci de ne parler qu'en français"
"Test"

I don't want either of them in office, but would feel more secure with Bush, for many reasons...
If you were soldier, britain or american, you wouldn't say that.
I don't like either Kerry or Bush, but would vote Bush. I despise Kerry's election tactics and propositions. Sure, Kerry can talk pretty, doesn't mean he would be a good president. I have seen many a time when Kerry has embarassed himself badly... he just seems confused.
Good president, I don't know. But it's undeniable he would be a less bad président than Bush...
I don't like either of them. In 2000 I voted for Gore, I didn't like Bush as Governor and didn't want him as President. But I was in the minority here in Texas so my vote didn't amount to much. This year I will be voting for Bush. Kerry doesn't have what it takes to run a country. If Kerry were to be elected, we would be a weaker country because of it.
These "debates" have no bearing whatsoever on my decision, I don't watch them. You can't make your decision on a few hours of "debate".

As I'm french I have not all understood. I'm waiting the translation to understand all. But what I understand is that if i was american, I would vote Kerry fo so many reasons:
Having a plan to go out from the israelo-palestinian problem
Having a plan to go out from the war in Iraq
Having a plan for to come back in the international law (particulary UN)
...
In france there was a poll that gives:
for Kerry : more than 80%
Of course it has no value, but it shows that there is a real interest for this election or the president of the world.

in huge forum you will have many messages, some Host provider not like it (eat bandwidth or suppose it as SPAMs)
I am waiting PunBB 1.2 for make my MOD "Email Digests" doing it for admin only.
in a huge forum, you would desactivate this function so that there would be no problem with host provider.
I was only putting forward an opinion. And since this is not meant to be a bloated script with features which aren't needed, I felt it necessary to make a post about your requested feature.
If other people find it necessary, fine; implement it.
