Topic: Best upgrade path from 1.2.8?

I run a moderately successful forum that has been around since 2005. The customizations I've made are on the subtle side, but there are some, like alternative feeds and I think a plugin or three. I have however mostly forgotten how I did it ...

What would be the best course of action to upgrade to the current code, given that I'm runnin 1.2.8?

Ah, thanks for the fast reply! I thought the patches were incremental -- great, I'm taking a look at that.
