Topic: Only shows 1 topic in each forum..what to do?

Hi

I just installed PunBB 1.2.17. I've added the Gallery attachment mod and also the Novin layout.

I've created 3 Forum categories, with a fair amount of forums in each category.

However, the problem is that they only display the first topic created. If i created 6 topics in a forum, only the first one is displayed. The topic and it's text is there if you go thru the "view post by this user" etc etc. I'm having a hard time figuring out what the problem is. Anyone know of any solution?
