Topic: how i can fix this erorr on install.?

hi all

when i uploaded every folder and file to my host and i run install the serve showed me this erorr 

The file 'config.php' doesn't exist or is corrupt. Please run install.php to install PunBB first.

and when  i run install didnt show me the space for write database name and data base and password... what is a probloum? how i can fix it
