Few questions regarding new forum

Hello, I am new to punbb, and I have a few questions about it.  First question being, how do I change the text in installer, like where it says welcome to the installer or what ever, how do I change that text at the top, and then I would like to know where the tabs are located for the forum, and then the copyright, where is it located?
