Topic: Some things I really badly need

I tried searching for hours, but the search feature just turns up weird posts that aren't relevant.

Is there extensions for:
Post-suspension (not a ban, but i.e. stopping a user from posting any threads or replying for x determined period from a mod or admin)

I achieve this manually by creating a new user group which has no posting priveleges. I manually change the offending user to the new user group and then bring them back after a few days or whatever
