Topic: help me! serious Migration problem!!

After i have Migrated from PunBB 1.2 to PunBB 1.3 according "http://punbb.informer.com/wiki/punbb13/installation", but i found my forum's word become unreadable code.    
How can I do next?

Restore files and the database from the backup and choose the correct encoding of your language pack before database converting.

i know how to restore files and the database. now, the problem is datas in table "posts" is unreadable code in 1.2, but it can display correctly in 1.2 and can't in 1.3.

my language pack is correct.
How do I do now?
