Topic: Cannot demote administrator- Punbb 1.3.4

I had my friend create an account on my forum, and promoted him as admin by mistake (I meant to make him a mod). Now, there is NO option to demote him! I created a test account, promoted it as admin, and again, the options for "Assign user to group" is gone.

Is this a bug?! Am I missing something?

I guess it's a feature. Had to that (demote an admin) via phpMyAdmin myself.
