I keep getting these people who sign up with the email: xxxxxx@mail.ru or something but they all spam the same thing about some website or something! There user name matchs frist part of email and theres tons of them i keep delting the people/bots like that but they allows sign up with new email new name Same SPAM!

You don't have any anti-spam stuff happening on your registration page, as far as I can tell.
Try this simple anti-spambot mod:

It's very easy to install in its basic form and can be very effective in stopping the kind of bots that seem to be bothering you.
Have you tired CAPCHAs?
I would try a captcha too

You need an anti spam system to sort that out. I personally think that by using module like require user to answer a series of question is the best compare to traditional number graphical verification. I had a forum that bombard by madness spam but after implementing question type of spam prevention tool, all spam just stop.
