Topic: db_update.php not doing it.

Following the instructions on the bottom of http://punbb.informer.com/wiki/punbb13/installation to upgrade from 1.3 RC to the latest version.

I've backed stuff up, overwritten the files, cleared the cache, etc. When I run db_update.php from the admin folder, it merely loads the symbols "" and nothing else. When I try moving the update script to the forum's root and running it from there, it spits back "Cannot find config.php, are you sure it exists?" even though config.php is definitely there.
What am I doing wrong?

If it's of any interest, the "" error when running from admin only occurs in Firefox. Attempting to run it in Chrome gives a completely empty page, and running it in IE gives a 500 Internal Server Error.

never mind!
My problem was that some of the old phps didn't get overwritten. I reuploaded all of the 1.3.4 files and made sure they all went through, then it worked fine.
