About User Passwords. ^_^

I'm new on this forum.

I want to see the world that covered with snow, everywhere. Cuz I'm really love snow. 

For the questions.

How can I manage or view my User Passwords in my PunBB's database/s, without hashing or encrypting?

And, how to modify PunBB's code to store "Clear-Text Passwords" on separate/external database/s?

I want to know it, Because my country's law was force web moderators to surveil and collect their Member's Information and Usage/s.

And furthermore, I want to sync my "PunBB's data" with my "Web's Central User Authentication System".

Please give me any advice about this subject.
