Is it possible to configure punBB to use a 24-hour time format?

If you are a user, no. If you are admin, yes.

I am an admin. (Sorta -- I have been using punBB for an hour!)

Admin -> Options. Change Time format.

Thanks I can see that, but what string do I enter to get 24:00?
Right now it is h:i:s, which displays as 12:41:09

Then you must have changed it. H:i:s is the default value and H means "24-hour format of an hour with leading zeros". AM/PM is just stupid, so I chose to go with the standard instead.
