Topic: Move up topic?

How Can I move one discussion at the top of the  discussions list? I don't need to move in other forum section, fot this i use pun_move_posts extension.

I haven't tried, but you can:
- split a post which want you to be first into a new topic (Moderate topic -> Split selected posts)
- move posts from a topic into newly created via pun_move_posts extension.
