What do you mean. You want to convert a PunBB database to vBulletin? In that case, you are in the wrong place I think.

[1] If you want to convert from PunBB to vBulletin then you might need to go to the vBulletin web site and get a conversion script.

[2] If you want to change the overall style and template of the PunBB then you'll have to either do it yourself OR see if someone has done it already.

[3] Next time; it would be much better if you could describe in full what you actually want instead of letting people guess.

On sites vBulletin anybody never discussed carries of a database from Punbb in vBulletin. difficultly such converter to write? Somebody can will undertake?
