Guest account posting, email and website fields

My request is to add a field to the guest posting screen to also let them enter a website address.

Unregistered guests get to see the website of registered users but not their email addresses.

But Guests who post have no identification to other guests to see other than the name they decide to use.

I'm thinking in terms of how people leave blog comments.
