Topic: .exe files

Hi, I'm learning Flash MX and i wonder if it's possible to open .exe files instead of downloading them?
If it's possible, how should i do to create such a button that tells Flash to open a .exe files?

Open them? Like through the web browser?
I'm sure you can't do this, as it would really be a security risk..
