Topic: Borders in Internet Explorer

I changed the skin to match my website but unfortunately it looks awful in Internet Explorer.

Firefox/Safari/Camino..:

IE:

Does anyone know how to make those white zones transparent in order to look the same in IE as in Firefox and Safari?

Thanks in advance

Re: Borders in Internet Explorer

My guess is that your style tries to make transparent borders. IE doesn't do border-color: transparent. You will have to set border: none to get it to work in IE. That gives you a real problem with viewtopic as the border is structural. If you don't want different color columns for posts then the easiest thing is to replace the border-left settings for postright and postfootright with left margins and then you can use background:transparent.
