I saw this before, but how remove [b]TITLE/b]?

it's in the admin options. just delete the line of text.

This should take care of it:

#brdtitle span { display: none }

in header.php, replace the part where <pun_title> is replaced with the forum title, with an img link to your image smile Just search for <pun_title>
