Topic: Problem with timezone.

I changed timezone to -5.
And now I see diffrent time of topic when I logged and not.
When I am logged to I get correct time off topic.
When I am not - time is incorect.

Forum time when not logged in should be GMT
Then your profile should be set correctly based on that
