Topic: Question: Disabling Javascript

I do realize that javascript is not required for punbb to function (as stated in another topic I found). However, I was wondering specifically what functionality is lost/compromised by doing so. I'd assume some related to forms, but other than that anything noteworthy?

Re: Question: Disabling Javascript

Nope. The only things you will lose are form field autofocus and client side form validation.

Re: Question: Disabling Javascript

if you log in incorrectly, the 'go back' link is javascript- javascript: history.go(-1).

Excellent to hear. And thanks for the responses guys. I'd have looked myself, but work has me swamped this week.

Re: Question: Disabling Javascript

superjohnyo: True. However, we've removed those back links completely from PunBB 1.3.
