Topic: Administrators manually approving members?

Hi, I'm need to punbb so this might be an obvious one. I want to create a Bulletin Board that will allow people to register, but not access a particular board until they have been approved. I don't want them having Administrator or Moderator rights.

Can this be done in the existing interface?

To expand on that, simply set the default user group to one without permissions. Then, when an admin logs on, they can manually move people to the regular group
