I added a visa credit card. But I need a paypal card. Wtf, I already added my dads visa one. Help me, I want my account verified by regular credit card. (Is there a way I can take back the credit card i just entered, this better not be some kinda scam!)

Wtf, whenever I click apply now to paypal plus credit card, it gives me a cannot find server page. Help me!!!
