i got it from wos php_se mysql_se apache_se i can rip the lang files but there might be someone that wants or need that type of lang file..lol.
took me about 30 mins to get it working.. 25 thinking about how to do it.. and 5 to copy the files..haha
i can add wordpress, joomla, mambo, typo3 and any type of cms that needs mysql.. im thinking of doing one with phpnuke.
and i can add zend to it.
there site got the program to do a punbb.wos or any php sql cms or system. neat little program...

check there wiki out.. they got info on how to make everything i did...

Now, if only someone could figure out how to make this work cross-platform. I run Windows at work and OSX at home

Yeah, but is it "portable"? Also, this doesn't help when I'm at work on a Windows machine.

can u not have the two system on one thumb drive? when in mac land run mac version.
in windows run wos. have them both point to the same www folder so it will share the punbb?

On a 1GB stick, you could install both XAMPP for Windows and MAC OS X, then configure it so that they both use a common /htdocs directory.

I got to those screens where I can check what I want to download, I hit download now and nothing happens.

Never mind though, I've settled on XAMPPLite for my needs. What I was using your build for was to see what I can take out of XAMPP if I wanted to create a real slim build for a 128mb key distro.

Tried WOS at school again, it says there was an error in the unzip or so =/

quaker, one of your builds had ImageMagick in it, but it was a rather old version.

Do you or does anybody know of a zipped based version of the latest build? Looking towards portability, I don't want to run an installer.

i downloaded the new version and installed it to the usb stick and copied everything over to the imagemagick folder. now i ran a phpinfo.

m:\imagemagick\imagemagick-6.3.2-q8;

that what it work on is the new version...

they have a installer.exe version...
