Yes, of cause!

Look under Admin Options into the section "UserGroups". There you can edit the options of the administrators.
There you just have to delete the content of the 2nd field.

This title will override any rank users in this group have attained. Leave blank to use default title or rank.

Well...
I've got an webhoster and unfortunatly not an real server and just an part of webspace on this server. That's a big Hoster in Germany (strato.de).
And no I've got no Miniportal, otherwise the Wiki had helped me wink

edit: oh, and I really don't know if I'm running Apache, but is this shown up in the phpinfo?

Oh, I've got a SunOS2-Webserver and have the PHP-Version 4.1.2.
But what other data do you need? (I'm not that good in PHP and MySQL)

Hi,

I've got a little problem with my PunBB:
"Mark as read" & "Show news posts since last visit" does not appear in the header. I don't know why, because I tested it on my little Server on my home PC (Windows) and I tried it on another Server (Linux, Suse), if it works there, what it actually did...
Is it possible that the operating system of my server can not display this for any reason, or perhaps my hoster blocks this funktions right away?
Is one of these things possible, or do you think there's another reason for it?

Thank you for your answers,
Florian

That's a good question... Sorry, I don't know...

You have this in your PunBB-Download-Package in the folder "extras" as far as I know...

Well, is it possible, that this is at every server in another way? (Just a warning: My PHP is poor!)
Because, I've installed PunBB at a Linux (Suse)-server, a Windows-Server (my home-computer) and my Forum, which has the same problem, is on a SunOS - Server.
And I tried now blind what could work and these ways up (and guessing) didn't.

And in the PHP-Info my Server shows the admin_index.php as the PHP_SELF.

Do you know where the problem is, and will this problem be fixed (or sth. like that) in PunBB 1.3?
Thanks and greets from Lake Constance,
Florian
