when refresh the browser, it corrected. But the content dismissed after the action....

I changed the language in "Settings" with administrator ID.
but the setting didn't work after i did this.
the forum still is english.......
So , I delete the english directory in ftp, it works.
what is the matter?

Everytime I post a new topic, the "submit topic" and "Preview topic" buttons don't display.
after I refresh the browser , they come out.
