What if I just want to add a single CSS file. I mean no extensions just one plain CSS file thats it.

yes I know it is very much beta and raw right now and thats why I wanted to start playing with it 
as I already mentioned I am from Drupal background I love 1.3's hooks and extension system.

I am new to PunBB and started using it on a semi-live website of mine. I would like to extend it for some of my needs and cannot find documentation yet :-( is there such thing exists? if yes where is it?
