Do you have any idea where this import system is?
it's in the download section of the MEMBER'S area at vb.com. 
so you need a license to get it.
better question: will the migration tool here be updated for 1.3 and other boards version? i have a vb board waiting for 1.3 but i can't convert until the tool is updated.

and i saw the topic below now, an is it possible to remake subdreamer skin for ready to use in punbb? or do i have to make it from totaly zero?
there is nothing about punbb or subdreamer that is compatible so you'll have to build the skin from scratch to work on both.
you'll have to use the iframe plugin for sd to "integrate" punbb into sd. subdreamer doesn't fully integrate with punbb. in fact it doesn't integrate at all yet.
if you haven't checked out Darren's archive of cheap scripts, you really should. $5 per script and you get the source files. what's better than that? i personally have purchased the flashcht script and it was one of the easiest things i've set up on a webserver(PunBB not included ). one thing in common is most, if not all of the scripts are flash based. check them out, http://www.tufat.com

is this very common? cheating in Runescape? sad really. not to poke at you Life Spirit if it is but me personaly i don't agree with cheating in video games, or anything for that matter.
it's no surprise that spam has become a major problem lately and is the baine of many admins. what are YOU doing on your boards(doesn't have to be PunBB, it's all spam no matter what forum you use) to combat it, prevent it, fight back? if you have links to articles, plugins, tips, whatever, it's always helpfull.
me, on my vb(soon to be converted to PunBB) boards i'm using email varification + captcha + Akismet and that seems to be working so far. on my PunBB boards i'm using email varification and no guest posting. plus i only have 8 members so it's not a problem yet.
the image upload one works. you might have to add 1.2.12 to the array in the install_mod.php file tho. but i have it working just fine on my board.
