hello. if I registered as first and admin user and have used this user to talk in forum, is it possible to set other user as admin as powerful as this first admin user and is it possible to remove admin rights of first admin user.

its only for admin version exists, that is an admin plugin on punbb download page, called "global topic".

if path of punbb is unicode login and logout does not work.
it is because redirecting with meta tag for refreshing does not work. if path in it is urlencoded (like "%20") it works.
i have tested this:
try make index.php file in localhost/test/метарефрешуникод/ folder with this content:
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="5;URL=http://localhost/test/метарефрешуникод/index.php" />
it does not work.
and then try this:
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="5;URL=http://localhost/test/<? echo rawurlencode('метарефрешуникод');?>/index.php" />
that works.
that redirecting code of punbb is in include/functions.php in function "redirect".
that place is:
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="<?php echo $pun_config['o_redirect_delay'] ?>;URL=<?php echo str_replace(array('<', '>', '"'), array('<', '>', '"'), $destination_url) ?>" />

my admin and webmaster mail addresses at admin options are a gmail address. then i turned on registration verification and tried to register with a mail.ru address. the message has not come here. yet.
smtp server fields in admin options are empty, should i write there something?
this i tried at tmforum.awardspace.com.

i have made an mod for multi language forum.
you can see demo on http://tmforum.awardspace.com/punbb/ .
and of course only the topics matching those languages would be displayed to him
this feature is not there. i think it is not needed in my case, most people know both languages here.

i made this translation on the http://forum.baltasi.ru/viewtopic.php?id=278
one user there i think 'maybe "inspired" with my work' made translation of http://forum.baltasi.ru to tatar when my translation was 75% complete.
i am going to post his version also. his version is modificated. i'll remove modifications of it and post here. i think he does not speak english well enough.
my version for http://forum.baltasi.ru is also complete.
i make these modifications that i said to make one new forum.

I've translated punbb interface to tatar language.

i used 1.2.16 version.
stopwords.txt is empty.
encoding is windows-1251.
i'll post utf-8 version soon, if the God wants ("inshaallah").
