Thanks to Utchin! 
with his suggestion i just create a 'plugins' directory in root folder.

IN Config.php

can i know which mod you installed?

i install a mod, but i don't have install_mod.php file in my directory. is the file is mandatory(essential) for installing upgraded versions of mod?

I want a simple RSS feed for display first 15 post's topic name and category name in bracket,

RSS like: topic name (category name)
