The extension pun_attachments not work on my site
i see this error

i have set attachments folder to chmod 777
PunBB: Ver 1.4
Php: 5.3.8-1.el5.art
Mysql: 5.1.59-1.el5.art

pun_admin_clear_cache show only with firefox and not in chrome

disable it in extension page or remove it from database
