Asprin

There is no way to "ban" someone in todays world of the internet. With all the wireless access points and dynamic ips, not to mention the dial up ip cycle, it is very easy to bypass ip based bans.

Are you sure you didnt put it in your cgi folder by mistake?
If you have edited your design template that incoperates a cgi header, that could also do it.

If you are having trouble running a web server behind this router, I know why. The gui web interface intercepts all port 80 traffic. So, when ever someone tries to connect to your server throught the ip address, the router checks to see if its a local ip. If its not, it either crashes the ie instance, or just blocks the ports. This will happen even if a DMZ host is specified, and EVEN IF port forwading is on. The only way I was able to make it work was through changing the servers listening port to something other then 80.

But you want to make programs for macs, right? Programming languages like C++ will work on macs. I suggest you wait for your mac, or set up linux and use Emac and other compilers to write c programs.

does no-ip  put it in a frame? I thought it only assingns a dns to your ip address. I use dyndns absolutly fine.

I was recently using firefox .9 for windows, and noticed some trouble with google, as in, Sometimes I cant connect at all, while other times its slow, or it just works fine. Google is lightning quick in ie at the same time, preforming the same search.

Is this just me, or....?
