I'm not sure if there is a converter from phpbb3 > phpbb2 but if there is you could try that and then try the phpbb2 > punbb converter.

This is pretty cool, I run nix and am not that big of a moder but it looks like it's going to make life really easy for the extension writers, and extensions seem to be a big part of what is going to make 1.3 great so congrats to the Kristoffer.
