Topic: Lock a single post in a thread...

Is there a mod or a way for a single post to be locked so that the original poster can't edit it?  I'd like to be able to replace text in a post with "Deleted by an Adminstrator" or something similar rather than deleting the post.  The problem is, that user can just log in and re-edit the post, can't they?

thewre is an option in user groups. just edit the user group you dont want to be able to edit or delete the post.

But that option prevents editing at all times, not just when an admin or mod has edited the post previously.

I don't really see the point in doing so, as the poster can just post the same text in a new post instead of editing it back in...
