Topic: Active Topics help!

Hi, I need some help with the mod "Active topics"!

I want the topics to be on the top at the site and not on the bottom! Look at this: http://www.usetasks.com/forums/
How shall I do so the topics comes between the "Announcement" and the forum?

move the include row to below line that call 'header.php'

ex.:

require PUN_ROOT.'header.php';
include('mod_active_topics.php');
