Topic: using java scripts

I want to add a java script to enable the users to input text in bangla (suppose the script is bangla.js), could you please tell me where should i include this script to allow users when they  make a post?

You could add it to the the main.tpl template in include/template/

now a site called projanmo forum is running a forum using punBB. and it is totally in bangla.
