Topic: Why Punbb

Hi everyone,
Been a very long time user of php/mysql, used phpbb then the last 4 years with smf using their software.

Ive never heard of Punbb and was curious what it does, I saw no demo available to check it out.

This is the answer your probably going to get alot, but, its fast, light, 100% valid and, the thing I like about it most is that its super easy to style/skin/(whatever you call it).  Its basically alot cleaner than most other forums but the functionality is still top notch.

Hi Guys, I think I will try it out on my server on a unused domain and see how it goes.
It does seem very clean and neat I like that and it was enough for me to take a look.

I'll check back here after awhile and maybe let you know how it was for me compared to phpbb and smf.

The demo looked intriguing. going to download and try, Thanks for the info.

another cool feature:
Punbb supports other DBMS than mysql.
I sugest sqlite.

Yet another reason: super simple clean code, all of it.
