Topic: new to punbb and the errors

hello guys

whn i was trying to find some wysiwyg i was happy to see punbb used by tinymce website and i found out that punbb is
1-free and supported by a big number of users
2-stable and secure
3- uses Div which makes it friendly for search engines
4- arabic is supported
5-can make tinymce work in punbb
6- more things

i have now the pun bb installed, arabic and english

the problem is that the punbb index.php give me INTERNAL SERVER ERROR when i click on index link for 2-3 times as well as rare 1 time click cause this

host is on godaddy
i dont know wht the problem is ...had same thing with SMF .... none with phpbb and phpbb plus ( htaccess is used and ok for phpbb plus and joomla)

for u to check - the forums language now is english ...

i found one htaccess file and that is in cache and make it .txt so no use of it ..godaddy help topic says " corrupt htaccess file can cause this"

please help me because i want to launch the forums for iraqsn.com as soon as possible

by the way ...no error logs for the internal server error that i get

So you're randomly getting 500 errors and no error log entries? Talk to Godaddy's support

I found that my error logs were being suppressed/screwed because I had enabled gzip compression in my .htaccess file.

Might be worth disabling all compression (including in punBB) and trying again.
