i want to make my forum nice n neat ... i wanna add avatars too how to go about it .... i am using punbb-1.2.15 , n have very little knowlege of php .... please advise me as to how to add avatars ... for i cannot see it inb my forum

Avatars are enabled by default, you can upload them in your profile
If you disabled them, they can be enabled in Admin Options
