i read the faq and it said i should chmod 0777 the avatar dir so i did that.
drwxrwxrwx 2 tracked users 4096 Jul 4 15:09 avatars
and i get the error
PHP was unable to save the uploaded file to a temporary location.
any ideas? i havn't changed the default location for avatars in the options.. it's still img/avatars or something.. which is correct.
You don't have write right to /tmp
hmm... it's not my box.. any way i can change the tmp dir it uses to something i have write access to?
so none knows if this is possible?
I think you need to talk to your host
You can, but it requires access to your php.ini file. You need to change the temporary directory for saving uploaded files.
