Topic: Need help on basically everything.

I have no idea what any thing is.

I don't know what Apache, MySQL, or PHP is. Here's what I've done:

Downloaded PunBB 1.2.15 and a couple styles but that's it. Can anyone help me? I really want a PunBB board, they look cool.
