How do I make the little blank gray thin box disappear on all pages when it has nothing in it?

Also, if anyone has experience with PunPortal, or wants me to link up my code, how would I make the news display 100% and ignore the blocks / modules?

Might as well ask this in here instead of opening another thread. How would I make it so I can have an image on the side of text ala HTML. As in, left justified post text and on the right side of the text an image. It just places the image below.

Better yet, how would I allow admins to use HTML in a post?
