I am not making sense of the changes to the "Moderate" code for updating from 1.2.14 to 1.2.16.
It states that there are changes in lines 101-107, but line 108 does not match the original file with the changes. I know I am missing something, but everything was good till now. Please advise.
Did you modify the file? 
You're actually looking to insert the lines between lines 101 and 102 in the 1.2.14 moderate.php
OK. So they are added lines not changed lines. Well there may have been a mod. We are getting nailed with porn on our site, and wanted to get current. At this point I am guessing starting fresh would be best. Now I have to figure out how to keep my UI changes.
Is there a walk-through on that process? I appreciate the clean and efficient design of PunBB and your help.

The hdiff is the simplest way to upgrade PunBB when you have modifications that might interfere
You can't be looking solely at the line numbers, you need to look at what the code it's showing you is
I will keep digging and see what i did. I guess it pays to remember which mod one did for spam!
