Topic: Every page blank after installation

I've got the same problem. Yes, config.php is a php file, I set the permissions etc. but the pages are still blank.
Anyone know?

the base url is different from the url you use to connect I think. Check in the database that the field o_base_url in the config table is correct and delete the cache folder content

The link wont work for us as it is a local install...

How have you got your localhost set up? did you manaualy set it up or with a package

Well, I think you need to enable display_errors on your server so we can see what the problem is. Do you know how to do that?

You need to edit your php.ini file and change display_errors from off to on. Do you know what or where your php.ini file is?

Ok, I'm not that stupid, I know where that is. I turned it on. If something should happen after going to index.php or config.php, it didn't.

Are all the services started?

See what smartys says but you could try reinstalling wamp, as i have installed it allot of times and its been fine, you may of had a dodgy install... just a thought

I don't know what went wrong but after the third time reinstalling punbb, everything was good. No blank pages. After reinstalling wampserver, I had to reinstall punbb one more time.
