Topic: Smilies setting

Settings > Features:
"Convert smilies to small icons in posts" is unchecked.
"Convert smilies to small icons in user signatures" is unchecked.

Profiles > Settings:
"Show smilies as graphic icons" since this setting is for both postings and signatures, then when the above settings are disabled, then this should be hidden.

The problem with that is that hiding and revealing the option would require a page refresh.
